Players can search and favourite other users, manage configurable vehicle functions, follow job and staff announcements, create support cases with screenshot evidence and adapt the interface to the way they play. Accent colours, interface density, text size, tooltips, identity sources and custom keyboard shortcuts can all be adjusted without leaving the menu.
Your staff receive a complete operational workspace inside the same interface. Duty management, player moderation, staff announcements, image review, three independent support queues, internal notes, case transfers, searchable history and a complete audit trail are available without adding a separate administration panel. Every privileged action is validated by the server before it runs.
JGS Pause Menu is fully standalone. ESX Legacy, QBCore, Qbox and Ox Core are detected automatically to provide framework-specific player data, jobs, money, permissions and notifications without manual bridge configuration. Persistent features use oxmysql when available and fall back to local JSON storage when it is not.
The interface ships with its own icons, fonts and frontend assets, so it does not rely on external CDNs or web services. Open configuration files, translations and integration hooks let you connect your own vehicle keys, fuel, banking, notification and staff systems while the protected implementation remains secured through Cfx.re Asset Escrow.

Staff moderation
Five actions on a player, from the Online players list or from inside a support case. The server checks permission, duty, the target and a rate limit before any of them runs, and logs every one.

Frequently asked questions
Does JGS Pause Menu need a framework?
No. It runs standalone. If your server has a framework, ESX Legacy, QBCore, Qbox (qbx_core) and Ox Core are detected automatically, with nothing to configure.
What else does it require?
ox_lib. oxmysql is optional but recommended — without it, data is kept in local JSON files. screenshot-basic is only needed for the screenshot button in support cases.
Can staff read private chats?
No. Conversations between players stay between them. Either player can hand the thread over to staff as a support case with one button.
Does it load anything from the internet?
No. Icons, fonts and avatars ship inside the resource — no icon CDN, no web fonts, no avatar service — so a player with no internet access sees exactly the same menu.
Which languages does it ship in?
Seven: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Polish. By default it follows your framework's locale setting, and every text outside the menu can be edited.
