Legal Compliance and Data Security: At JGS Store, we comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and take all necessary steps to secure customer data. We protect personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Defective Product Corrections: If a delivered product has technical issues that affect functionality, the customer may request a correction at no additional charge. We are committed to resolving such issues quickly and effectively.

Ongoing Support and Customer Service: Our ticket system is available for customer inquiries or assistance. Whether you need help with installation or have questions about functionality, we are here to help.

Customer Rights: As a customer, you have the right to receive products that meet functional standards and are supported by our team. You are also entitled to be treated fairly and with respect, in compliance with consumer protection laws.

Pricing: The prices of our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms: On the one hand, (1) payments through the online store will have a fixed public price established on the same page, on the other hand, (2) the working conditions of custom orders must be made based on the terms agreed between JGS Store and the client, where partial payments or deposits may be required before starting the work.

Currency: Payments will be processed in the currency specified on our website, unless otherwise agreed.

Secure Payment Methods: JGS Store uses secure and reliable payment methods. We do not store or have access to sensitive financial data.

Ownership of Delivered Materials: All delivered materials, including source code, designs and script documentation, shall remain the intellectual property of JGS Store, even if the buyer has the right to use them. However, in the case of custom orders, this policy may be subject to change. The specific conditions shall be agreed in advance with the customer. In the absence of such agreement, the default policy will apply.

Usage Rights: Once full payment is completed, the client gains the right to use the materials according to the applicable license terms. JGS Store retains ownership unless otherwise stated.

Restrictions: Until full payment is made, the client may not modify, distribute, resell, or claim ownership of the materials. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

License Terms: The license granted to the client is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and allows for personal use only. Modifications or redistribution of the materials are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Security of Resources: To protect our intellectual property, all scripts provided by JGS Store are encrypted through CFX’s asset escrow system. This ensures that the scripts cannot be accessed or modified without the proper authorization. All files are securely encrypted and stored on CFX’s platform.

Access to Source Code: If the client wishes to access the source code, JGS Store reserves the right to provide or deny access. If granted, an additional fee may apply, which will be communicated to the client in advance.

Exclusive Scripts: Some materials created for specific services may have special conditions and incur additional costs.

Acknowledgment of CFX Terms: By purchasing and using our products, the client agrees to the CFX platform’s terms, including encryption and escrow conditions that apply to all scripts provided through the CFX service. These terms are non-negotiable, and the client must comply with the regulations set forth by CFX.

Cancellations:

Refunds:

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases; (1) The client is not satisfied with the final result, provided it meets the agreed-upon standards. (2) The client changes their mind after work has begun, as long as the service was already in progress or completed.

Defective Products Exception: If the delivered products have technical problems that affect their functionality, the customer may request a correction instead of a refund. JGS Store undertakes to resolve such problems within a maximum of 15 working days.

Work Initiation: “Work Initiated” refers to the point when the first code or design is delivered or a specific phase of the project is started. Once work has begun, the terms of cancellation and refund will no longer apply.

Guarantee of Quality: JGS Store is committed to delivering products free from defects and of the highest quality possible. If any technical issues are found post-delivery, we will take prompt action to fix them.

Use of Discord and Other Platforms: Access to our Discord and other platforms is subject to our community guidelines. Any illegal, abusive, or unrelated content will not be tolerated. Users should adhere to respectful and productive behavior.

International Clients: Customers outside Spain are responsible for any international taxes or fees that may apply depending on their location. In case of dispute between the parties, they submit to the Spanish laws and Courts of Girona.
